Creators see themselves as active global citizens who have a shared agency of our planet. They are passionate about their responsibilities to improve life on Earth. They are advocates of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and know that their actions can be personal, localised or far-reaching.
Teamwork & Partnerships
Creators embrace collaboration and partnership as an effective and efficient way to solving a problem. They understand that others’ strengths can complement or supplement their own. They are willing to adopt different roles in a team as the success of the mission outweighs individual accolade.
Original Ideas
Creators challenge their own thinking to come up with new and original ideas that, in turn, challenges others’ thinking and their mindsets. They are able to approach existing issues and situations with alternative viewpoints, in the hope to come up with original ideas, or to better existing ideas.
Recognising Issues
Creators gain knowledge and awareness by researching into common issues affecting humanity on a personal, community or global basis through a balance of primary and secondary sources of information, and in the process, they might change their mindset and perspective about the issue.
Service Leadership
Creators are true leaders who are selfless about taking meaningful actions to impact others and the environment. They are active in the school, local community and beyond and are willing to devote time and energy to community causes that they become passionate about.
OUR CURRICULUM
Primary Curriculum Overview
Innovation in teaching and learning is embedded within our curriculum offerings. The Cambridge Primary Curriculum is integrated with the International Primary Curriculum through Units of Learning. This approach provides a balanced combination of rigorous subject learning and inquiry-based learning. The renowned Singapore Maths is also incorporated into the Cambridge Maths curriculum to enhance the development of mathematical thinking skills. Our holistic curriculum is further enriched through specialised subjects including Languages, Personal, Social, and Physical Education (PSPE), Music, Art, and Technology.

Words From Our Student’s Parents
The Cambridge Primary Curriculum subjects Mathematics, Science and English are taught in creative ways that enable the students to gain interest and eventually apply the knowledge they learned. The IPC curriculum takes the kids on a learning journey through the different themes in the Units of Learning using fun and interactive activities about the world around them. Every dinner is an exciting discussion about their day in school including chocolates, inventors, fossils and the Dalai Lama!

The Additional English Language teacher conducts her classes to suit six-year-old Ayako’s pace of learning using engaging methods. The small class size also helps build her confidence in the language. Ayako can now speak confidently in English and we’re very satisfied with her progress! Friends always share that their child’s English language classes at school cost extra, but not at The Grange.

The Grange, located on a 3-acre site blends the charm of a heritage building built in 1954 with modern amenities. The school, just 20-minutes away from the bustling Orchard Road is surrounded by Thompson Nature Park and the Lower Seletar Reservoir.
