Get ready to swap fashion for flavor with the fabulous Annabelle, aka AnnabelleTTN, who wowed us at the Young Fashion Designer’s camp last September. This March, we’re back with a twist—dive into the world of tablescaping, baking, and botanical styling!

Join us for a holiday camp that’s more than just baking. From harvesting fresh ingredients in our eco-garden to crafting your own edible masterpieces, this camp has it all. Design and bake your own cakes, and showcase your creations in a stunning tablescaping display on the final day.

Don’t miss out on this deliciously creative adventure!

Day 1 (9:00am – 1:00pm) Participants are introduced to the fundamentals of culinary arts and tablescaping. They are guided on how to present their works, explore different table settings, and learn about the selection of delicious edible flowers and fruits to enhance the displays. They will create a market list and embark on a mini ‘Grocery Harvesting Tour’ to gather fresh ingredients. They will learn to bake a cake from scratch, which they will design at a later in the camp.
Day 2 (9:00am – 1:00pm) All about creative chaos and fun! Participants start work on the mini version of their cakes, in cupcakes form, learning how to sculpt and personalize each to their aesthetic and tastes. Participants get to experiment with colors, while creating an edible garden landscape with real flowers, which they will take home as a mesmerizing souvenir at the end of the camp. This day gives participants the chance to refine their skills while experimenting with new design ideas.

Day 3 (9:00am – 1:00pm)

Participants will focus on setting up and arranging their table showcase. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a professional photoshoot, capturing the beauty of their creations in a polished and artistic way. Parents will be invited to join their children for an immersive tasting experience!

The camp will conclude with an Ultimate Gastronomic Design and Dining Showcase, giving participants the chance to flaunt their talents, celebrate achievements, and enjoy the taste of their creativity.
